Lucanus cervus

This beautiful Gilded Stag Beetle ring with jewel-encrusted wing case is necessary to complete the collection of any individual with a penchant for accessories. This piece consists of a life-sized stag beetle made in Sterling Silver, highlighted with gold plating, clutching a single black diamond with a trail of white diamonds along the thorax. I have paired it with a simple medium curb chain.

This piece is designed in London, handcrafted using traditional lost wax casting, and hallmarked by the London Assay Office. 

MATERIALS & CARE

This necklace comes in oxidised Sterling Silver, holding a black diamond between its mandibles and with a row of diamonds down its vermeil wing case. If you would prefer polished silver, or any other metal, get in touch at .

I do not recommend Silver Dip on oxidised pieces as this will remove the oxidation. The 24ct gold plating is three microns thick but over time it may begin to fade with wear and it should not be polished too often. Always remove your jewellery for sports or when using harsh chemicals. Please read my to ensure it lasts for many years.

Made in Thailand by skilled and trusted craftspeople. The chain is made in the UK.
